By pouring aluminum directly into molds, the castings have smoother surfaces than castings by sand molds. We can manufacture 3 types of die casting molds: gravity die casting molds, low pressure die casting molds, and high pressure die casting molds. ■Gravity Die Casting Molds The cavity's material is SKD61, and its hardness is HRC40 level. The mold is suitable for single cavity. If necessary, we manufacture a core mold. ■Low Pressure Die Casting Molds The cavity's material is SKD61, and its hardness is HRC40 level. We can provide either a single-cavity mold or a multi-cavity mold. If necessary, we manufacture a core mold. ■High Pressure Die Casting Molds The cavity's material is SKD61, and its hardness is HRC45 level. Split mold surfaces and shapes of strict tolerance are finished in high precision by machining.
