Integrated Assembly Lines for Car Body

These are integrated assembly lines for car body using jigs and robots. We use 3D-CAD in all design process, and check rigidity of jigs by strength analysis software.
Interference checks and off-line teaching are performed by robotics simulation software.

	■Body Side Lines
	This is an automatic assembly line. Pallet jigs can be transferred by circulation units. Car body parts are assembled by robots. By changing the pallet jigs, the line can deal with multiple car types.

■Back Door Lines
These are automatic assembly lines. Panels are supplied by rotary table devices. Car body parts are assembled by robots. The lines suit for small panels which operators can set. By changing jigs on the rotary table device, the lines can deal with multiple car types.

	■Hemming Press Lines for Trunk Lid and Hood
	This hemming press line can change press dies automatically. By changing press dies, the line can deal with multiple car types. This is the automatic assembly lines using robots.

■Sheet Frame Lines
These are automatic assembly lines. Sheet frames are supplied by rotary table devices. Car body parts are assembled by robots. By changing jigs on the rotary table device, the lines can deal with multiple car types.

	■BOX（Truck Bed）Lines
	This is an automatic assembly line. Shuttle carrier devices supply panels, and car body parts are assembled by robots. 3-axis NC control unit is used in each steps, and the line can deal with multiple car types.
