Casting molds are for sand molds. They are mainly used for casting parts
for automobiles.
We can manufacture 3 types of casting molds: green sand molds, shell molds,
and cold box molds. |

■Green Sand Molds |
| The mold in the picture has deep and uneven shape. The shape is manufactured
all by machining. Every casting material is in-house production. (FC or
FCD) |
| ■Shell Molds |

| This mold is for shell molding of electric heating method. By utilizing
3D database from our longtime know-how of design, we manufacture molds
in short delivery time. We can provide molds of gas heating method as well. |

■ Cold Box Molds |
| This is a gas-hardening mold for core making. We can also manufacture molds
with more complex slide structure. |
