The materials are FC or ZAS. ■Castings for Prastic Molds (Cast-in Pipe) 　The castings are characterized by pipes inside to control the mold surface temperature. The materials are FC, FCD or ZAS. ■Castings for Hemming Press Dies 　We harden FCD of 700 level by quenching because hemming press dies require high abrasion resistance.
