Staff Education

　We have "Conduct Guidelines" which shows a model worker in our company, and "Skill Map" which shows needed skills and knowledge by 6 levels.
"Skill Map" is the aims for each worker to understand own skill levels and improve them actively.
　Moreover we encourage staff to get official qualification,and the link between personnel training and performance evaluation is very clear, so its fair evaluation system also supports staff's activity.

	(1) Think well and advance work in own initiative with clear purpose and plan. [Strategy and speed] (2) Manage Q (quality), C (cost) and D (delivery) of own work as professional and carry out to the last. [Challenge] (3) See well, hear well, learn well and introduce progress to work. [Evolution] (4) Exert total group power by teamwork and communication ("hourensou(spinach)" or timely reporting, communication and consultation). [Communication] (5) Always aiming to acquire advanced knowledge and technology, strive for own skill improvement and for training to junior staff. [Personnel training] (6) Thoroughly observing rules for occupational safety, health, environment and 4S, heighten self (health) management ability. [Self-administration] (7) Cultivate character so as to be a faithful and reliable person. [Character development]

Encouragement to Get Qualifications

Our company encourages staff to get qualification.
Successful candidates don't have to pay the examination fee because the company pays the total amount.
Moreover, successful candidates for 1st grade of trade skill tests are given special awards.
